TEG Haulage is a freight haulage company and contractor for a leading infrastructure company, FM Conway. TEG provides haulage of tarmac and aggregate to infrastructure projects in and around the capital.
What they achieved: FORS Bronze
TEG Haulage initially approached JCS for help in the management of its haulage fleet and to secure the FORS Bronze accreditation. Their largest customer, FM Conway, made FORS Bronze a prerequisite so they needed to take steps to cement the existing relationship, and improve the safety and efficiency of its operations.
Jamie took their drivers through a range of modules, including legal compliance, road safety, vehicle efficiency, environmental impact, and security and counterterrorism. They are now operating with greater efficiency, thanks to the performance management toolkit. They have also made significant cost savings, all while running with greater road safety. Their relationship with FM Conway is going from strength to strength.
